However, for 10 years we've also chosen to invest heavily in developing an engineering team that stays well ahead of the curve. What does this mean for you? Not every project will justify a bigger budget or be appropriate for an innovative technology-based solution. However, a certain portion of your projects will call for something more sophisticated: an immersive simulation, a multiplayer game, an iPad application, a Second Life/Open Sim experience or a database-driven application in support of your training efforts. We think the world of our instructional designers (IDs), project managers (PMs) and multimedia design team (we really do), but our technology team often saves the day, allowing the rest of us, and you, to shine.

A point of clarification: a great proportion of the work we do is not the high-budget latest and greatest. Our clients have an ongoing stream of work and engage us on projects of every level. When appropriate, however, we love stretching and reaching out of the box; it's a healthy balance.
