Enabling the project's IDs for success starts up front, day one, when our Solution Architect group, headed by Kerri Simmons, designs the project so it will accomplish the business objectives. We do not have salespeople making promises or defining solutions. Our solution architects are uniquely talented IDs who love to consult and help craft solutions. In the process, they will invariably engage the SweetRush team (and yours) for input and ideas as they seek the best solution to your challenge.

We surround our IDs with a team of experts so they can focus on their sweet spot. Each ID has a PM, a creative director (CD) and strong engineering support. While our IDs define storyboards, they are not asked to be hands-on developers; we have other specialists who focus on those efforts. Our IDs are stars, like a great chef in a dream kitchen, and our holistic environment enables them to focus on producing brilliant results.

After 10 years of production and with a project management (read: highly organized) orientation, we embrace our IDs with structure and support. We follow a tried-and-true process from needs analysis to final delivery. We have templates for best practices and libraries of interactivities. So every step of the instructional process is embedded in the project plan.

In those instances when we embrace freelancers, we have intensive on-boarding processes, both to how we work and how you work. We are always happy to work with your IDs as part of the team sharing our best practices and embracing yours.
