We spend more time at work than just about anywhere else. With this in mind, we built SweetRush so we could enjoy ourselves at work and
integrate our life into our work environment.
Not only is this a good way to work and live, it's good for business. We benefit, and our clients do as well. To institutionalize this into
the culture, we created The SweetRush Way, which has two basic and related tenets:
- An Enjoyment of Life
- Total Commitment to our Clients
We are always respectful of each other and go out of our way to give credit to teammates. We encourage teamwork and recognize that, as humans,
issues arise and it's best to deal with them up front with communication and honesty. Whenever we have the chance, we gather for a team dinner
to celebrate life and our personal bonding, which goes far beyond merely being co-workers.
We do our best to have a good time at work and promote positive values. We feel blessed to have chosen a field that's about helping improve
the lives of others. Yes, we are improving the bottom line of the companies we work for but we never lose sight of the individuals we affect
and how their lives are enhanced by our work.
Our clients are also an intimate part of our daily existence. In the same way we're personally concerned for each other, we care about our
clients and their personal success. We know the work we do for our clients has a profound effect on their careers and lives, and we take this
responsibility to heart. When we take a holistic view of our world, we see our clients as an integral part. We're totally committed to our
clients and our teammates.
When we work together, you will get the sense that we're enjoying ourselves even amidst the hard work. Invariably, our clients return with new
projects, and over time, we're excited about the friendships we've developed.
If you speak with our clients, ask them about our attitudes and what they experience when we work together. They may not call it The SweetRush
Way, but they'll validate the concept.
