We’ll work closely with your business functions and conduct needs analysis to uncover the training priorities, and develop a more detailed roadmap and curriculum design aligned to performance goals and objectives.
You’ll need the right learning technology to enable your roadmap. We’ll gain an understanding of your technology infrastructure and align with your IT leadership to recommend and implement an LMS and/or other platforms. If you already have an LMS, we’ll recommend and implement ways to optimize the learner experience and functionality. In either case, we’ll handle ongoing maintenance and administration.
The award-winning SweetRush team will create learning programs tailored to your business goals and learners’ needs. Types of training can range from onsite, live experiential learning to microlearning to more advanced simulations and XR. Performance support and manager resources ensure successful application of new skills on the job.
Our network of highly skilled facilitators can be deployed to any location, supported by an administrative team and tools to handle logistics and communication. When training can be more effectively delivered by frontline leaders and managers, our Train the Trainer sessions and resources will ensure they are prepared and confident.
