Our approach is to understand you and your team's culture and dynamics so we can find the right talent who you will feel good about - and they will feel good about working with you. For our own work, we are very focused on working with clients with whom we fit - we know it's essential for success.
We do this work as well and we focus on relationships and not transactional placements. And we stay close and work hard to ensure success.
You are busy so we’ll do all the heavy lifting, like sourcing and vetting. But, of course you will need to interview a selected shortlist of candidates - but if we do our job well - your time will be limited.  
Yes, we can, and would be happy to, create or refine job descriptions. An accurate job description is important to clearly define your needs and attract the right talent.
Temporary talent is perfect when you need resources but you are not in the position to bring on a W2 employee. They need to be the sort who can get going quickly without extensive onboarding and are oriented to getting things done.
SweetRush can support "try before you buy" scenarios, where temporary talent is hired with the potential for transitioning to a full-time role. It's always ideal to know if this potential exists so we can place talent who are open to this possibility.
Yes, staying close to the talent and as well checking in with you is important. This is a strength of our service and an important reason why our placements are successful.
It's rare, but it happens, and if so we will remove the talent and we will jump and prioritze securing a better fit, fully appreciating this is a step back. Why the talent did not work out is critical data: Was there a personality of cultural misalignment? Did they not have the required expertise? We will drill down on the ‘why’ and work very hard and fast to secure the right fit talent!
