The Arcadis-SweetRush team’s dual recognition showcases its leadership in combining human-centered learning design with emerging artificial intelligence technologies in support of enterprise-wide AI adoption. The shortlisted technical project features custom learning development, active text-simulation sandboxes operating behind secure enterprise firewalls, and a custom-built AI coaching assistant designed to deliver individualized prompt feedback to Arcadis’s tens of thousands of global learners.
In addition to technological architecture, the awards recognize the Arcadis-SweetRush team’s excellence in supporting complex, enterprise-wide AI transformations. By combining immersive storytelling, role-specific learning paths localized into nine languages, and safe-space prompt practice, this innovative learning solution enables “Arcadians” around the globe to bridge the gap between corporate AI policy and applied, role-specific, and daily use.
