We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming session at the Training Industry Leader Talk, where SweetRush Solution Architects Jeannie Hitchcock and Therese Longo will help L&D and HR leaders to learn and explore how organizations can move beyond evaluating performance toward enabling it. Participants will learn how clear expectations, practice-based learning and performance support work together to drive meaningful results. We will also examine how new tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), can extend guidance, feedback and coaching in the flow of work.

During the 45 minutes presentation, Jeannie and Therese will highlight practical ways learning and development (L&D), HR, and organizational leaders can work together to design environments where employees can succeed and deliver results. Participants will leave with a simple framework for diagnosing performance challenges and identifying opportunities to better support performance across their organizations.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Define performance in terms of meaningful outputs and results.
  • Identify the conditions that enable strong performance.
  • Design learning experiences that focus on critical actions and decisions.
  • Understand how AI can support performance in the flow of work.
  • Use a simple framework to diagnose performance challenges.
