This initiative equips our client’s leaders with tools to improve coaching effectiveness, addressing both skill gaps and busy schedules. Interactive scenarios and specialized mini-games enable leaders to enhance their coaching abilities, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Hilton promises each guest a friendly, reliable stay—that delivers “wow” experiences and is made better when something goes wrong. Every Team Member is empowered to resolve guests’ concerns, but knowing how to do so often feels difficult and tricky.

This is a project designed for Hilton Hotel staff to help them practice and perfect their guest resolution skills while activating the HEART framework (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Thank). This solution offers a sophisticated combination of AI and immersive technologies:
