SweetRush’s custom learning program helps Wells Fargo professionals gain empathy and understanding for customers and teammates.
San Francisco, Calif., January 12, 2022 — SweetRush, a leading provider of custom learning solutions, won five top awards for its collaboration with Wells Fargo to create unique and innovative empathy-building training simulations.
The Customer Life Stages program, which includes three distinct simulations, earned a Platinum award from the Hermes Creative Awards and Gold awards from the Muse Creative Awards and the Horizon Interactive Awards. The program also earned two Gold awards from the Brandon Hall Group, including Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning.
Featuring engaging storytelling and high levels of interactivity, learners enter the worlds of three customers with very different life circumstances, financial means, and physical abilities. Through immersive simulation, learners discover what’s important to each of them and make financial decisions that have immediate and long-term consequences for their wealth and happiness.
As the simulation proceeds, the characters age and face challenges related to stages of life, which learners experience first-hand, helping them build empathy for their customers.
