Judges called its virtual reality collaboration with Hilton, the Exceed with Empathy VR learning program, “innovative, a great example of learning” and said that demonstrated “a clear message” that shows “how transformational you can be” when applying gamification.
They also called out its support of 25 nonprofits and foundations in “applying craft for the betterment of mankind—and saving lives,” noting that a global humanitarian aid organization “chose SweetRush to create its critical volunteer safety program.”
Judges said that SweetRush had “one of the best applications” they’d seen, offering a “variety of training options for leaders.” Judges closed their thoughts with this: ‘Training is an essential part of every organization [and] helps employees to keep updated with latest trends in industry, customer expectations. Leadership and skill development helps employees to think in innovative way […] which helps ultimately organizations in terms of growth.”
